For more than 60 years, Greenwin has been changing the face of urban Canada and it's the continuation of our family heritage of innovation, accessibility at the site level and hands-on management style that's been the key to our success. Our founders, including the late Harold Green, were among the first home-builders to concentrate on typical suburban communities within Toronto. They were also co-founders of the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association.
In 2011, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario recognized our founders with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
In the early 1950s, Greenwin began residential development in Don Mills - one of Toronto's first suburban satellite communities. From there, we began developing multi-family properties. In the 60s and 70s, we built more than 10,000 residential units, including single-family homes, condominiums, rental apartment buildings and community housing.
No one knows property management like we do. With more than six decades of experience, Greenwin understands the market and what's important to your residents, and we know multi-family buildings inside and out. That experience allows us to bring exceptional value to your investments with us.
We're not just property managers-we're asset managers too. We strive to maximize our clients' return through asset appreciation, capital reinvestment and value enhancement. Depending on the circumstances affecting the marketing and your real estate, our management team will develop the most effective way to reach and exceed predetermined benchmarks.
We deliver unparalleled expertise tailored to the specific portfolio objectives, resident requirements and budget of our clients' investments. In addition to the services mentioned below, we offer a complete range of services, including preventative maintenance, volume purchasing, accounting and reporting, paralegal services and collections-all supported by the latest in technology.
