On Monday, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Greenwin Cares Golf Classic! Held at the Angus Glen Golf Course, we welcomed 144 golfers, plus supporters, volunteers, and celebrity guests in support of the Israel Tennis & Education Centers (ITEC) and Greenwin Cares.

This sold-out event was a fantastic birthday celebration featuring 18 fun-filled holes with games, delicious food, and meet-and-greets with NHL Hall of Famer and Canadian Hockey Legend, Paul Henderson, and award-winning Sports Broadcaster, Rod Black, and more.

Since 1993, our annual golf classic has raised over $8 million, making a significant impact on children and youth both locally and internationally. We extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors, supporters, and volunteers, whose contributions make this event possible and provide life-changing experiences for countless young people.

The Israel Tennis & Education Centers (ITEC) is a leading social service organization in Israel, dedicated to providing support and education to children, especially in underserved areas. ITEC aims to cultivate children's character through sports, fostering self-esteem, tolerance, and communication skills. With 24 centers open six days a week during critical out-of-school times, ITEC serves as a safe haven where no child is ever turned away. Following recent attacks, their centers have become even more essential, offering a place of refuge and normalcy for over 20,000 children annually.

The funds raised also support Greenwin Cares programs across the GTA, which focus on mentorship, education, nutrition, and empowerment initiatives.
