Since I started in 1997, I've always felt supported and valued. As a working mom of two, there's nothing more important than being with a company that believes family comes first.

I have worked as a Resident Manager with Greenwin for 10 of the 20 years that I have lived in Canada. Every day, I try my best to engage in meaningful conversations with my residents. They're my family. When they're happy, it brings me joy.

Greenwin continues to provide me with everything needed to succeed in my work. I couldn’t ask for a better place to apply my skills. Starting from Senior Management, everyone wants to help and support. My second family is at Greenwin!

I wouldn’t be the leader I am today without the support of my colleagues and the resources available at Greenwin. I look up to the qualities that I see in my teammates and am glad to be part of such a dynamic team of forward-thinking individuals.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow and develop, eventually stepping into my current role as Director, Leasing. This progression was made possible by the guidance provided by Greenwin, helping me to pursue and achieve my career goals.

Throughout my time at Greenwin, each role has provided me with invaluable support, experiences and skills. Along the way, I’ve been given the stepping stones required for tackling the challenges and opportunities of my current position head-on.
